• I’m giving them a 4 rating only because I think that eventually PageBuilder will be a great plug-in for WordPress. It does have it’s bugs and issues right now though. For example, Posts with Thumbnail images don’t work unless you literally delete code in their content-single.php file. But this could be a really good plug-in if they can get it working.

Now on to their support. That is truly horrible. There really isn’t any support. Even in the forums you’ll see people will have asked questions days or weeks ago with no response. I purchased the premium version of Vantage and had problems and finally got a response using e-mail. I think this company is probably just a couple of guys good at coding with a designer’s eye and they probably work full-time jobs which means they’re not available for support. That’s why I’m giving them the 4 instead of a 1. I think the solution may be that they have us pay for pageBuilder at rate that will allow them to be available 24/7 for support. If they get this plug-in fixed and combine it with fully customizable themes — the Vantage Theme is actually pretty customizable — I’d be willing to pay them $100 a month in membership just to use their pageBuilder and Themes. But, I want 24/7 support available before I’d commit to that. Others — please put in your input and maybe these guys can set a future date where we can all sign up for a “fee” and then they can live with 24/7 support on that date and spend their time developing their themes and PageBuilder. Just saying (as they say).
