I always answer support requests, as long as they actually include a question. Occasionally, it’ll take me a few days to get to them (although this isn’t true for PRO requests), but I always respond to support requests. If I didn’t respond to your support request, it means that I didn’t receive it.
I don’t know what method you may have used to contact me; but please try again. You can use the contact form on my web site, the pro support forums, or the support request form built into the plug-in. The last is the least reliable, because it depends on the functionality and deliverability of email on your server, but there are many ways to get in touch with me.
