    I really appreciate your help. I din’t know how to setup the Internationalization feature correctly, but with your instructions I could finally have my live chat in spanish, thank you very much. I am very happy now that I can have a great solution as yours in spanish. I’ve already configured it in my site (www.dataq-solutions.com). Thank you very much for all your help. It was solved in less than 24h. Great customer service!!!!!

    but you are using vCita now! what happened to Formilla? wasn’t it good enough? was it more expensive?
