  • The plugin, its WooCommerce Addon and support is A1.

    After submitting several support requests, I can confirm that the dev or his colleagues have replied within 24hrs, always helpfully.

    Documentation could be improved a bit, as others have noted, and perhaps some more video tutorials/walk-throughs and sample XM/csv files would be useful – but I do understand that their principal focus is on the plugin and its extensions.
