artificer with woo themes

i love the response these people have given me when i ask a question. i am new to ecommerce with wordpress and woo themes and so i have had several questions. they tend to respond in about a day or so which is what is explained in the stuff i read when i bought a plugin. they tend to send the short code when necessary that fixes the problem or take care of it. i really appreciate the care so far. thanks.
