  • probably works but after install you have to create an account and the pricing is just not sensible unless you’re sending surveys out every day.

    I find most of these developers price themselves out of the market as I doubt most WP users need a $29/m basic plan which only gives them 1000 responses? Why do they never offer pay per use or something like that?

    If I were to sign up for each plugin service offered; chat, newsletter, buddy press etc. I’d have hundreds of dollars in bills each month…

    Survey Monkey, a much more powerful tool, can be had for only $19/m and it’s unlimited….

    We didn’t probably get our messaging right. WebEngage is an on-site toolkit. It allows you to collect feedback, run surveys and push notifications to visitors on your site. Not in the manner that other survey builders let you do, which is mostly by sending emailers. Our toolkit serves a very different purpose and hence a very different pricing model.
