Pretty impossible to setup

Might be the best plugin in the world – ever – but without set up instructions on how to get:
Twitter Consumer Key:
Twitter Consumer Secret:
Twitter OAuth Access Token:
Twitter OAuth Access Token Secret:

…then it won’t work. There is a forum here and you can see some peeps have asked for assistance but – nothing forthcoming. It’s a shame as some ppl obvi have got it working.
