Latest version not working right

I had previously used an earlier version of the plugin, and it worked well, except that it didn’t restrict downloads even though the settings had the limit set to 1.

I now have the latest version, 0.2.0, but it seems to not allow any downloads, is anyone else having this problem? My EDD version is 1.7.2, but as I test new registrations logging in to get their first download, they get the error message “download limit met,” even though it’s the first attempt.
