This plugin broke my site

This plugin worked really well until 2 days ago.
It started sending out a lot of emails saying a file has changed (when nothing had infact changed)
The email also did not contain any file. Usually it does list out hte files that were changed.
A few threads are in the support forum that show a few users that were affected by this
I was happy with this plugin till 2 days ago….
