• The plugin is installed and activated, but I’ve got no idea how to operate it. I understand that there is nothing particular to do, but actually, there is no difference with when I hadn’t installed this plugin. My galleries still look like the default setting from WordPress. I also understand that it is supposed to work best with a specific theme from the same author. Well, maybe it only works with it, but I’m not going to adopt it for this reason. And since there are no explanations whatsoever, I’m just going to give it up.

  • Works in WP 3.6. Maybe a theme problem – tested on a non official theme.

What do you call a “non official” theme? I use a theme downloaded straight from the WordPress website. I haven’t been looking for themes outside the WP platform. I have tried your gallery with 2-3 different themes and it doesn’t work. I don’t have the time to test it on I don’t know how many layouts. And I think it is the widget that should adapt to the themes and the way WP works, not the other way around. I’m happy with the theme I’m using now, I won’t switch to another one because your widget doesn’t work on it.

WordPress themes from deposit are not official – so they may use functions interfering with the plugin or worst, functions deprecated. It’s the same for the plugins: if they are in the deposit, it does not mean that the programmer does good job and that they will work with all the plugins in the deposit and the themes.
You must test Gamma Gallery with Twenty Ten, Twenty Eleven, Twenty Twelve or Twenty Thirteen. If the plugin works with these OFFICIAL themes, you cannot say it does not work.

By the way, I don’t like very much the way it shows the images ?? And some features of the “demo” are not included in the plugin.
