    Hey Damage, really sorry about that. There was a couple hour period where we had a bug that you unfortunately experienced.

    I’m happy to give you a free moderation account for a year if you’d like to try it again!

    ad@damage, i’m not a rep of these Barc guys and I think they’ve done a great deed with their plugin so don’t come online and rattle your grumpiness all over the place; perhaps if you had spent half an hour to contact them before your e-attack that may have been better and you may have got a solution to your problem but now it’s so sad that you’ve ended up wasting your precious “30 min”.

    Oh well…..at least you acknowledged Barcinc as a “star” (one star rating) so I’ll let you off.

    @barcinc – what’s the game plan? What’s your price plan gonna be eventually? When I went on your site and found no email except a phone – I didn’t even bother to use your plugin anymore, that just discouraged me – never thought of coming here though.

    I wanted to ask if the plugin is responsive?

    I also don’t like the huge real estate of my site it tends to take up – see yahoo chatrooms back then and even facebook chat – smaller and portable. Some sites have content they don’t want blocked but this plugin just appears quite huge.

    I’d like white labelling of the plugin – how will that be possible?

    Hey! I’ll never let a good opportunity pass me by – since you’re giving ol’ grumpy something free, will you also throw me a year’s free account when the time comes for my site to go live? My email is dr john dimi at gmail dot com (all one word)

    Just have a test of your plugin – hmm….not bad, just that I may have to have a separate page for chatting (or what do you think, any suggestions)

    I then realised you offer this $50 admin charge I don’t mind paying that if it’s white labelled?

    Also how do the chatrooms on this plugin operate – how much control does admin have over chatrooms? How many chatrooms can be created? Can admin disable creation of chatrooms and designate X number of chatrooms (with Chatroom names – not sure I say that)?

    By disabling Guest chatting, the guest has to register, but I’d like them to register on either of the social networks not on Barc hence my earlier question about white labelling for the use on my site.

    I think it’s cool and you guys are still in the early stages and will finetune other things – great work and look forward to further advancement.

    @drjohndimi, thanks for the reply!

    To start, the game plan is to charge for special upgradeable features like moderation or interface customization.

    You mentioned the interfacing taking up too much space. Try using the inline version if you haven’t already. You can customize the height/width of the div it’s in. If you need any help let me know I’d be happy to assist!

    Your others questions about control is that once you verify your site you can delete comments/Ban users/ clear the chat and hopefully pretty much do anything you’d want in term of the chat on your site. You can have an unlimited number of people in the chat. You can also choose which chat rooms show by default on your site.

    We’re also working on ‘Single Sign on’ so your users can login with their existing account on your site. That should be ready hopefully by the end of this week!

    Message me in Barc, my username is ‘Grant’ about getting a free year and I’d be happy to make that happen ??
