Cannot Upload YouTube Video

Unable to upload YouTube video. Had no problem but this one. When I click on the add media button in write new page, a greyed out screen is followed by a white box which doesnt load properly. It is too low on the page to enter your details and the submit button is not visible. Have tried refreshing many times to no avail. Anyone know the problem?
