Keep looking… this is not the plugin you want…

  • I installed it, created an account and there is nothing about a license key anywhere in my ‘account’ and no email. But there is a pricing structure for spam comments which is incredibly difficult to understand.

    From what I can see, there is 5 free ‘non-spam’ comments a day covered. What does that mean? Well, I don’t much care since I didn’t get a key. Now I have to worry about spam from THEM I suppose.

    No instructions to close my account. Keep looking.

    “5 non-spam comments” it’s a comments from people relevant (coinciding with the topics discussed) to your blog. In other words plugin filters unlimited counts of spam comments for free if you have in the blog less than 5 non-spam comments a day.

    I installed it, created an account and paid for one year anti-spam protection also. So, now we can no more moderate our website comments – they are all in the cleantalk competences… ??

    You can switch off “Autopublication option” in plugin settings, please look attached screenshot.

    I set up all settings how they look on attached screenshot, but I still have the same problem: comments what I have on our articles (when I again installed cleantalk plugin) was moderated by plugin, but not by me…

    Dear Denis, we still have the same problem ?? I’m giving up… You can keep money for plugin, it is OK ??
