This is a great plugin. Have used it for several sites. But I’ve been having some trouble today. Finally Hostgator rep and I figured out that my sites had come to a crawl because wordpress.cloudapp.net was down. The plugin was making calls and slowing it. Here’s a good article:
I would still recommend the plugin. It’s really a beautiful interface and look. Maybe just need to address the lines of code that are conflicting w/ the new WP.
