Keys greyed out – but got to work

  • I can’t cut and paste keys as the boxes are not clickable inside wordpress.
    Figured out you need to save first, then the boxes are clickable.

  • Hi, you need to click ‘Use reCAPTCHA’ then save. The public and private key fields are then enabled.

    It’s a shame you didn’t ask this question in my support forum first. I work very hard to make this plugin the best I can for my users and I always try to give the best support too.

    Hi Meg,

    Perhaps those instructions should be posted for future users so they don’t have to go to the forum. I did figure that out a few hours ago. I’ll change my rating.

    You’re right. I have added some javascript into the next version (4.1.2) to enable the captcha keys immediately when the checkbox is clicked, that should make it more intuitive to use.
