Paid for still haven't recieved files

  • I paid for the developer version of this plugin and they sent me an email telling me to download the files but they sent me no way to ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD THEM!

    This is extremely frustrating because I am on a deadline and after sending them numerous emails and trying to contact them on their site I have heard nothing from them.
