Full (paid) Version – Very Dissappointed

Decided to use this app, paid for the full version to get the extra features. Soon after installing, realized there were some features that were not working correctly.

Since we paid for the WP Mobile Detector Pro, I emailed support to get the fixes … over a week and still haven’t heard from Websitez.com

We couldn’t wait longer for them for the “Premium Support” to kick in that apparently comes with the Pro version.

So this doesn’t look like just a bad review from a disgruntled customer, I listed a couple of the features we fixed in the app below:

– The “View Full Site” link was badly handled by the plugin. Clicks were being ignored.

– Image processing logic was stupidly broken. Only works if hard paths were included as per the requirement of the class they are using to process them

Although, once we were in there, also added Meego support as well (not built in)

Perhaps the free version is good, but they should take the Pro version down or remove it from their site if they can’t fix the plugin or offer support to customers who send $ for the Pro version.
