I’m sorry you had problems, but what do you mean by “support is not any better”?
What issues were you having and how did you try to seek support?
I spend a huge amount of my spare time supporting users for free. Did you even try the forums at https://www.wp-united.com (you saw the “get help” link in the dashboard, right?) ? If not then what motivated you to post a review that support was bad when you had no motivation to seek support?
What didn’t work? Why couldn’t you install — what went wrong? Did you try the development nightly packages? How could I improve the plugin? How could I improve the documentation?
Constructive criticism is most welcome, and I really value bug reports so I can improve the plugin (I find bugs and eliminate them constantly — it’s a big plugin). But this…?
