Importing a backup of the database

    Hi,

    I think I have a little problem here. I installed the latest version of wordpress and previously, I made a backup of my old blog (v2.0 I think).

    Now that I want to import all my stuff into the new installation, I realized that I should of made an export of my old blog along with the backup.

    Now I only have this backup file (.sql file) instead of the required WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR to be able to import all this.

    So is there a way to do an import with only that sql file? (I hope so!)
