    Hi

I am using WordPress on my primary domain as well as on subdirectory.

    https://www.sansarlochan.in (Primary Domain)
    https://www.sansarlochan.in/en (Subfolder)

I am not using Multisite. I have different credentials and plugins and everything for both wordpress domains.

Now I installed Jetpack Plugin on my subfolder and verified my account with WordPress Account.

I have around 900 plus subscribers in my primary domain. But after activating new jetpack in subfolder, my subscribers are showing ZERO.

How can I shift my primary domain’s subscribers to my subfolder wordpress account?

    Thanks

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you contact us via this form? Once we can confirm that you’re the site owner, we can transfer your Jetpack Subscribers for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi

After transferring jetpack subscribers from terstcurrentaffairs.com to sansarlochan.in/en

New subscribers who are joining sansarlochan.in/en are not displayed in jet-pack subscribers counting. Even I tried to join my own site with two different email ids….I waited for three-four days but subscribers-counting is static.

I am not sure weather they are getting updates of my new posts even.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you reply to the last email you received from us, and mention this issue? One of my colleagues should be able to get that problem sorted out for you.

    Thanks!
