Remove title

Hello,

The problem is, I have this “Home – ” in my homepage and I want to remove it.
I tried installing the plugin “Title Remover”, but it doesn’t work, I think because yoastSEO is overwriting the title name (for ex %%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%% in the snippet editor).
Any ideas?
