• Hello,

I’ve been using WP-Edit (free version) without any problem, but my colleague encounter an issue with the Column button, which won’t appear in the editor.

He and I are both admins, and i can see the button while editing a page/post, but he can’t.

How can i fix the problem?

    Thanks!

If he goes to the WP Edit admin settings page; does he see the button for column shortcodes in the available buttons? Do you both see the checkbox is checked to enable column shortcodes?

    Hello,

    sorry my late answer.

Yes, when he comes on the setting page, he can put the column button on the bar or remove it, and the checkbox is checked for him. But he can’t see it on the edit page.

Totally Okay. Just trying to get a grip on this new forum structure ??

Hmmm.. I’m at a loss. You are both on the same site; both administrators with the same privileges? What happens if you log in as him (from your computer); do you see the button or not?

    Hello,

Yes, we are both administrators with same privileges. But no, if i log as him from my computer, i don’t see the button.

But if i connect as him after changing his role (like author), i can see the button.
