• I have subscribers emails in my subscriptions database that are no longer valid. So when the “Subscribe-To-Comments” plugin sends notifications to these invalid addresses, I receive a “message undeliverable” notification message.

I need to remove all instances of these undeliverable emails… but when I go to Tools > Subscriptions > Find Subscriptions and enter an email address, I get sent to a page that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

How to I change permissions for this page so that I can actually remove these dead email addresses from my site?

    Thanks,
    Doug

No I have not found a solution yet… still hoping that someone will come to our rescue on this one… anyone???

Hey Folks – I was just taking a look at this and haven’t been able to reproduce it. The first thing that seems odd to me is that Subscribe to Comments does not actually place anything under the Tools menu in WordPress.

Do you perchance mean the front-end subscription manager which looks like this?

If so, can you get me some screenshots or more info about your setup?
