Help to resolve Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS for mobiles

Hi,
I tried speed booster pack and it’s working good for desktop. It’s helps me to solve the issue of “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” for desktops but it’s still coming for mobiles.
Please help me to resolve it.
