Can't upload Profile Photos

  • Hello,

    Cover image upload is working but profile image upload is not. When I click on the camera icon to upload the profile photo, I’m redirected to the profile page. I do not get the same dropdown menu that I get with the cover photo, except that once I click on the camera icon it will flash briefly and disappear. Any thoughts?

  • did it work before? Did you try deactivating and activating plugins? Did you switch to default theme (i.e. troubleshooting procedure)?

    HI, borisv. Thanks for your suggestion. It’s the Total Theme that’s causing the bug. Do you have any recommendations for fixing it? It’s as if there’s an ‘overlay’ of a link to the profile page on top of the button to upload a profile photo.

    Hi borisv- a little more info: If I click the camera icon to open the link in a new window and then look at the old window, the dropdown menu appears and I can upload a photo.
