If User updates Shipping Address via 'My Account', changes don't go into Shipwo

  • If a user updates their Shipping Address via Woocommerce’s ‘My Account’ page, changes don’t go into Shipworks.

    Is this a bug, or a lack of functionality with the plugin? Is there a workaround?

    I have disabled the user’s ability to update shipping address in the meantime (simple CSS display:none; for now), but it’d be nice if changes to the WordPress User updated within Shipworks.

    Hello,

    Shipworks only download orders, if an order is modified Shipworks will update the order. If your customers just update their editable address it won’t modify orders so nothing will go on Shipworks.
