Duplicate content product

I’ve seen that I have duplicate content for all my product pages. For example :
https://www.arthaudyachting.com/catalogue-location-yachts-cote-azur/bateau/location-yacht-charter-proteksan-44/
and
https://www.arthaudyachting.com/catalogue-location-yachts-cote-azur/bateau/location-yacht-charter-proteksan-44/?Product_ID=16You get the second URL when you click on the title of a product. Could you please tell me in your code where to remove this link on the title of a product in the product page?
Maybe you’ll have another solution.
