Seamless parameter is not working

The seamless option is only available to published documents (through “File > Publish to the web”), not link-shared documents.(invoked through “Anyone with the link” or “Public on the Web”). I think I need to update the documentation to make this clear.

Which option did you use to share your Google document?

Yes, I was using the link sharing option and not publish to the web. Thanks for the tip.
