Page update reason text field (plugin?)

Hello i need pretty simple functionality, but cannot find any plugins.
I want a text field for my content managers, like “why page was updated”. So they can choose or type: “Price change” or “Description update” and we all know why the page was edited, what is already done and changes history.
Simple custiom filed will be not so good for this.
