    Hi. I’m glad you are happy with the plugin, and I do continue to maintain it. I have tested it in 4.6 and haven’t had any problems. I have updated the “Compatible up to” message on the plugin page (I manage the source in git, which doesn’t allow you to update a file in a tag, but I just realised that svn does!). I am working on a new release, but I’m still not sure whether the changes I’m making are really necessary so I’ve been holding off releasing it…

    By the way, the underlying codebase hasn’t changed significantly in about 2 years – this is mainly because WordPress core has been pretty stable around the post editor – most of the changes have happened in the customizer. Now I know how to bump the “compatible up to” without having to prepare a new release, I’ll keep this part of the plugin up to date more often.

    Thanks a lot for your answer. This all was because we have a plugin that let us know about obsolete plugins and yours came up, because the days without and the compatible version. Have a great day and thanks again! We shall keep using the plugin for sure in all our blogs!
