Mobile version alters my menu, but not on desktop

I added TablePress tables to one page on my client’s site. Everything looks great on my desktop, but when I pull it up on my phone, the site’s menu is off center now and the footer text is smaller. I have no idea how to fix this. Even if I remove the custom CSS, I still have the problem.
