PDF Download icon not downloading Bio Data

    Hi WP Job Manager Support,

    I came across an issue and I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing the problem wherein clicking the pdf icon on the far right of the resume page doesn’t download the bio-data of newly published resumes.

    I tried the plugin last month by adding a test resume which is this URL:

    That resume has the pdf download icon working but after upgrading to WP v4.6, and newly entered resume’s pdf download icon doesn’t seem to work.

    Can anyone help explain what may have caused this issue?

    Hi there,

    How are you uploading the resumes? Is it from the back-end or through the front-end? Could you try uploading a resume from the front-end and test to see if that particular download works?

    Thank you for your reply. However, even uploading via front end still doesn’t resolve the issue. We’re still getting this error message.
