• Hi,
I have an updated version of Shortcodes Ultimate plugin, which works great on the site.
The problem is that ifI insert a code at the beginning of a blog post, the codification shows up in the e-mail sent to notify readers.

Is there a way to prevent the codification to show up?

I searched the support forum, but I didn’t find anything similar.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Did you ever resolve this? I’ve used SCU for a long time but this is the first time I’m noticing this issue. Seems like there should be a way to tell WP to not display them. I too searched and only found your post.

    Dear Sheila,
unfortunately no one replied and I still have the same problem.

So, the only thing I do now is to avoid shortcakes at the beginning of the text, so that in the e-mail (my readers receive only few lines) the codification is not shown.

I hope someone will show up and suggest a different way to proceed.
