Contact Form Radio Buttons On same Line

  • Hello,
    For this page: https://ldtr.org/?page_id=189 ,
    I am trying to make the radio buttons on this page show on the same line and not out of place away from the male/female text. This contact form was created using the “Add contact form” option.

    Here is the editing area: “

    What do i need to add to the text editing data to help make the arrangement nicer.?
