New User Needs Help – WP Website Plugin Integration

This is my first WordPress Website set up hosted on Godaddy.com and the site appears to be functioning correctly. However I don’t seem to be able to get the USPS postal rates plugin to show the shipping charges for our products. The plug in is activated, and I thought it was supposed to automatically calculate the rate for each package and charge the customer but the checkout system shows there are no shipping methods available I have attempted to disable ALL plugins except the postal system as recommended by Tech support personnel to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated –
