Your IP (omitted) flagged for potential security violations.

I am one of two admins for reneesuich.com. We are BOTH receiving this message “Your IP (69.195.127.37) has been flagged for potential security violations. Find out more…” (except with different IP addresses noted). Neither of us can access the account to whitelist IPs. We tried the suggested method of going through wordpress.com; however, there is not “Security” option available. Any assistance would be appreciated.
