need forms plugins

There’s always Gravity Forms (but note that although it’s free and open source you do need to pay to download it from the official site).

What were the problems with those other plugins, though?

i couldn’t receive any emails wich has the user submitted data! Thank You

Is it possible there’s a more general problem afoot in that case?

For instance, if you try to reset your password do you receive a password reset email? If you don’t, it could be there is a hosting issue or something else preventing emails from reaching your inbox and actually the form plugins themselves may be doing nothing wrong.

(Guessing you’ve already discounted the possibility they were moved to your spam folder!)

Hello sir yes i can get the reset password email for the admin account but im trying to send data to another gmail account not used for any user account on my wordpress website!
and yea nothing in the spam folder!

That’s puzzling!

Perhaps experimenting with some alternative form plugins as you’ve already thought of doing will yield some better results.
