Gmail in spam

Hi,
Thanks for this great plugin.
I installed a few days ago “Easy WP SMTP Settings” and all emails magically arrived, even gmail.
Today, however, the gmail email, arriving in spam, how come? It was not changed anything in the site. You can do something
