  • Hi Anhean,

As Basic version, the plugin doesn’t have an option of box packing. The plugin takes the dimensions of each product and treats as separate packages.

It seems you have configured the product with weight 30 kg. You may need to config three product with weight 7.5 each. Hope that will fix your problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help.

If I fill in 7.5kg, the Fedex rate is much lower as it is for 7.5kg total.
I like to point out it is only 1 single product or SKU! There is no packing involved.

How do I set 3 boxes for this single product SKU? There seems to be no field for setting 3 boxes?

    Thank you so much.

    Hi Anhean,

The Basic Version of the plugin are designed for small business owners or when you have only one item in the cart. So that it doesn’t provide the option of the box configuration. You may need to go for premium for getting this feature.

    Hi,

    Thanks again for your help.

It’s a single item in the cart which consists of 3 boxes of 122×7144 of 7.5kg each.

I read your manual at your website, but I can’t find an option to fill in amount of boxes for a single item/SKU/product? Can you confirm this is really possible before I buy your premium version?

Yes, I am confirming that by using our premium version custom dimension box can be defined easily.

Also, we have a refund policy of 30 days. So you can take a refund if you are not happy with it. We are there for support.
