    Hi there,

    Please go to Support Plus > Advanced Settings > Re-Order Fields and enable custom fields from there if not enabled.

    well the fields do not show up there so that is why i am wondering if i maybe am forgetting something in the process, again they are in the dbase but do not show up in backend,

    just did some more reaearch and in settings custom fields they do appear but not in advanced settings, reorder fields so no way to enable. again they are in the dbase

    Hello, I installed the plugin yesterday.
    Also custom fields not showing. I tried all the options in the advanced settings still not working.
    I think there is a bug in the plugin.

    Now I see, I have to choose a category first.
    Is there a way to show the custom field in and Independence way.

    Please create new ticket on our Support Page for this.

    jerweb has moved his site to another domain, that is why he is getting this issue which is different from yours.
    If you want to show custom fields without selected category, then while creating custom field, please do not select any category.

    hi pradeep i just did the fields again so ok now… just one (hopefully last) question. i did validation for the guestform but for logged in users this is not working … where can i find the logged in user form if that differs from the questform?
