Free shipping translation

  • Hello. I have a free shipping class. (Livraison gratuite)
    I’ve looked in LocoTranslate and everything is well translated.
    But on my website it just appears in French (Livraison gratuite) and I don’t see Free Shipping on the English version. Do you know what is the issue?

    Are you referring to the actual free shipping method? Shipping classes don’t display in the front-end by default.

    It sounds like you are looking to have your site work in multiple languages? In which case you will need to use a multi-lingual plugin like WPML.

    Yes, I’ve translated it with Polylang.
    Yes, I was meaning Shipping zones (not class)

    So my shipping zone title is Free shipping.
    But in LocoTranslate, I’ve translated Free shipping for Livraison gratuite, but I’ve just see Free shipping, either I’m on the French website. The translation doesn’t appear.

    By Shipping Zone, do you mean this title: https://cld.wthms.co/NJ5T/RovqGUMJ? If so, you also have the ability to edit that text.

    Having multiple translations for the same text string will require more than LocoTranslate – you need a multi-language plugin.

    I have Polylang, but can’t find that string text in Languages settings.
    WPML isn’t free. Is it another one?

    Polylang is only used to translate static text strings that are in the files. This text is something you wrote and is stored in the database. Changing it in something like Polylang would be pointless, as you can just change the value yourself in the same place you named it.

    WPML isn’t free. Is it another one?
