I cannot seem to login to admin site…an error occured.

[11-Aug-2016 00:47:37 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Widget’ not found in /home/atiedu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-file-upload/lib/wfu_widget.php on line 3 [11-Aug-2016 00:47:37 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function site_url() in /home/atiedu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-file-upload/lib/wfu_constants.php on line 3

Please help me how to fix this?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thank you very much James for your reply.

Can you help me specifically? How to reset the plugins? Do I need to reset just the said plugin as in /home/atiedu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-file-upload/lib/wfu_widget.php?

Please guide me, thank you again James

Btw this is my company website: https://www.ati.edu.my, currently https://www.ati.edu.my/wp-admin cannot be access at all. I can only access the website whenever I use ati.edu.my

Follow the guide I linked to in my earlier reply, it explains how to do it.
