Pay with Paypal not working & client area extension issues

    Hi! After updating my wordpress I notice a few issues with the plug in now. first, the invoices are not appearing how they use to (with a white background on a separate page). Now it seems they are embedded as part of the body of the client area. Also, the pay with paypal button is messed up. It appears when clients click on it, it shows an error that states “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/atxlaw5/public_html/wp-content/themes/boldgrid-primas/base.php:14) in /home/atxlaw5/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174”

    not sure what exactly made the plug in and extension act funny but I already updated to the lasted versions of each and I am still having issues.
