Student Tracker for Driving School Website

Hi,

Wondering if anyone could help me, please… I’ve been building a website for a friend, and they would like to add a tracker to the website to log/track student progress e.g. ‘Parallel park – ‘first go’, ‘practiced’, ‘perfect’.

So the student/website owner can click once they’ve had their first go at a parallel park, then once they’ve practiced it, then once they’ve got it perfect.

I would also like the progress to be outputted/reported onto a page so students can simply log in and view their progress.

Wondering if there is any sort of plugin for this? I started using gravity forms but wasn’t sure how I’d output the data and have it available per user.
