Auto blog creation for users

good day all,
I have read the forum threads and also looked at all of the plugins and hacks listed and have not found what i was looking for. Here is what i need.
I have a need for automatic user registration, and each user will be automatically set up with their own blog. I can do this in B2Evo as it has a plugin for this function. I would MUCH prefer to use WordPress. Is their an existing plugin or hack that will allow this?

I apologize in advance if this information exists and i just plain missed finding it on the site.
