Email response

Hi I am having a bit of an issue with my Gravity Form reply to my email.
The email is coming through fine but it seems to be showing a message at
the bottom in a red box stating it is a test submission.

How do I remove this?

The form was sent from my own website and we have purchased gravity forms so I don’t understand why I am still receiving the message on my emails?
