• Resolved jerrymudflap

I’ve read dozens and dozens of threads about drop-down menus being obscured by video or other content. I’ve tried using every solution suggestion in these threads, shifting z-indexes and changing relative positions to absolute positions, but all of the things that have worked for other people don’t seem to have worked for me.

The theme I’m using is Revolution Magazine, and I’ve embedded videos using FV Player. (Menus are hidden behind FV Player videos, but on pages that have YouTube videos the drop-down menus are on top.)

    Here’s the page I’m editing: https://www.bazuraproject.com/category/ads-and-promos/season-three-promos/

  • It is just a simple case of changing the z-index of the #subnav li ul class, but you’re requesting help for a commercial product, you need to be asking for support from the place you purchased the theme from, as per the Forum Welcome.

Thank you — for some reason, the “subnav” bit was the detail I was missing! I’m not sure how, given the sheer number of forum posts I read on the topic. But I upped the z-index in the subnav section and it worked!
