Theme not working as intended ?

    Hi,
    I’m using the free Business WordPress theme.

    I’ve noticed that some functions don’t work like-

    In the customise panel,
    1.I cannot change the header image.It just shows a tennis racket & ball ?
    update ! Ive tried deleting the code background url ,still dont work!?
    2.The portfolio Title slider won’t change from LATEST NEWS to custom title ?
    3.Hiding options are in reverse when ticked they show,to hide I must tick?
    4.The Tagline doesn’t Show beneath site name on page ?
    5.Telephone icon remains when set to blank?
    6.A full stop . displays after text in Main Slider when set to blank?
    7.Background Does not change colour?

    Surely this cannot be intentional ?
