Password Mistake

  • Hi i made a mistake but i want your help.

    I have a form and i created a new filed and called it contrasena, and like 1,200 people register in that form.

    But now i want a login form and my users to be able to login to the page, but the field contrasena is the one i want for user password, not the one user_password, how could i make my users login with the info they already made, if i need to use phpmyadmin is ok, just explain me as best as you can how could i convert my field contrasena to be the wordpress password field.

    I don’t know if it is possible to combine my custom field with the wordpress password or how could i make the users login to the page with the info they already send me.

    I am seeing there are hooks, is there a hook to validate on the login my cusotm field which is password type called contrasena, to let users login with the info they already submitted?

    The WordPress password field is a core field of WordPress and not UM, so all users have to login to WordPress with this WP field. All users should have a password.
