PhotoLite Top Menu not working

I’m using PhotoLite and the links to the menus in the photoboxes works fine, but the menu at the top right of the page doesn’t work at all (and doesn’t work as a drop down menu at all when I view it on smartphone. I used custom links in the menu. Where else should I look?
